We are husband and wife team Ruairi & Olivia Gibbons.We own and operate our beautiful hotel barge, the Shannon Princess, on the river Shannon in Ireland. We have  years of experience in the worlds of  restaurants, hotels, yachting and barging.

On board our 10 passenger hotel barge Shannon Princess, we have carefully mixed contemporary luxury with a welcoming atmosphere to create a floating home that guests grow fonder of with each and every cruise.

Along with our diligent crew, we work with the single objective of giving our guests a great holiday. We enjoy weaving memories that will make guests smile long after they have left Shannon Princess.
